The CANSORB C750T Skid System is used where lead lag operation of the C750T’s is desired. The modular C750T’s adsorbers are fabricated of carbon steel with an internal cone and a vinyl ester lining.
The C750T Modular Adsorber Skid System is typically shipped on two trucks, two C750Ts on one truck and the skid system on another along with overhead piping. The modular design allows easy set up in the field. Once assembled the C750Ts can be either dry filled with 1000 lb sacks of activated carbon using a crane or water slurry filled with a bulk truck. Each C750T holds 20,000 lbs and has enough freeboard to allow backwashing.
The C750 T Modular Adsorber Skid System is fabricated of steel piping and valves. Skids are provided with expansion joints and pressure gauges to monitor pressure drop of vessels and piping during process flow and backwash operations. Valves are conveniently located to operate vessels in series or single stage while backwash process is completed or while media in the other vessel is exchanged.

C750 SKID SYSTEM NOTES:
1) Desired contact time may require lower flow rates.
2) Dry virgin activated or reactivated carbon provided as standard adsorbent.
3) Maximum adsorbent fill is based on a media density of 27 lb/ft3.
4) Maximum adsorbent fill can differ based on variable media densities.
