Integrated Environmental Remediation Systems
There are many environmental remediation and industrial process applications which require the use of more than one technology and types of remediation equipment in order to meet the discharge requirements.
TIGG's integrated systems have successfully incorporated various technologies and equipment to solve customer's environmental remediation and industrial process problems. Some examples of these are:
- Activated carbon vessels for adsorption of organics and multi-media and bag filters for solids removal.
- Oil / Water separators followed by pumps, oil absorption media and activated carbon adsorbers.
- Air pre-heaters followed by activated carbon adsorbers
- Air filters, dampers, and blowers followed by activated carbon adsorbers
TIGG can and has provided manual and automatic valves, piping, and ductwork, flow control and measurement for all of the above applications.
TIGG offers integrated systems for environmental remediation and industrial process in three main categories: Mobile, Temporary, Permanent
Mobile Integrated Systems:
TIGG offers integrated environmental remediation systems designed for mobile environmental remediation operations that can move with your projects. TIGG has provided complete mobile integrated environmental remediation systems which have been mounted on small trailers and on 48 foot single drop trailers.
Temporary Integrated Systems:
Many site remediations are temporary and some require equipment on site on short notice. TIGG can and has provided a variety of integrated systems which have been used for a few weeks or months and some which must be operable within a few days from the date of order.
TIGG's integrated environmental remediation systems include filters, adsorbers, piping and valves on an emergency basis. TIGG has also provided oil remove media absorbers, activated carbon in vessels, pumps, and bag filters for many temporary applications.
Permanent Integrated Systems:
There are situations where an integrated environmental remediation system must be installed on a permanent basis. These can be environmental remediation sites but are generally industrial facilities where a liquid or vapor phase stream or waste water stream must be treated.
TIGG can provide complete, permanent, integrated environmental remediation systems to treat air and water. Examples include:
- Blowers, motors and controls, activated carbon filters, ductwork, and carbon adsorbers.
- Oil water separators, pumps, flow controls, oil absorption media in vessels and activated carbon in vessels.
