TIGG Corporation is a pioneer manufacturer of modular activated carbon treatment systems for various process and environmental remediation and control applications. Founded in 1977, TIGG has manufactured activated carbon adsorption vessels in a variety of sizes, designs and materials of construction such as lined carbon steel, stainless steel, and thermoplastics. Our South central Operations, located in
Carbon and stainless steel tank and vessel capability ranges to 10 foot diameter and 20 foot sideshells. Tops, bottoms, nozzles, man ways, and other appurtenances are fabricated to specification. Additionally, we can provide just about any type of lining including high solids epoxy, plasite, and our own proprietary RX liner consisting of 200 mil polyethylene bonded to carbon steel.
TIGG also performs fabrication and assembly of various plastic tanks ranging from 20 gallon to 1600 gallon capacities. We can perform necessary repairs for tank cracks or damage. Blanks are molded and all nozzles are fabricated and welded in house. All tanks and vessels are pressure tested. We have the ability to provide any type of quality testing that may be required. TIGG can provide all necessary and associated piping for any of our tanks and vessels.
